Dogfriendly hotel

Our goal is to be a home away from home for you and of course this includes your four-legged friend! Our environment is a paradise for the dog: a walk on the beach or through the pristine dunes and forest trails, all nearby!

We have special rooms where guests with dogs may stay. The cost per dog is € 17,50 per night, but assistance dogs stay with us for free. There is a maximum of two dogs per room.

To make sure that everyone feels at home, we have drawn up a number of rules for our dog rooms.

Those who live with nature and live and work in a place like Renesse have a different attitude to life. From the very first moment De Zeeuwse Stromen reopened its doors in 1997, that awareness was there. A way of thinking that still runs like a green thread through its operations today: "Let's be as little a nuisance to nature as possible..."

This way of thinking dovetails perfectly with our mission to also give future generations the chance to continue making beautiful memories in this beautiful environment. Green Key Gold Seal of Approval

Green Key is the largest sustainability hallmark for the tourism and recreation industry. Almost 700 Dutch companies have obtained this label - from hotels and restaurants to zoos and bungalow parks. And so has Hotel de Zeeuwse Stromen! We go for green.

The GreenKey certificate indicates that as a hotel we do more in the field of sustainability than the law requires of us. We meet - as a minimum - the standards of the international GreenKey organization and do everything we can to preserve the environment without compromising comfort and quality for our guests.

But what exactly do we do?

Beach pavilion De Haven van Renesse

Less than 300 meters from our hotel, across the dune crossing on the right side is our beach pavilion De Haven van Renesse. Open all year round, every day through all kinds of weather! With the large outdoor terrace, an patio and indoor restaurant you can enjoy the beach in every season.

At De Haven van Renesse you can enjoy a snack, drink and the sound of the speakers. But also for an extensive dinner or lunch prepared in the kitchen with fresh products from the region.
